Industry: tire distribution Pay Rate: $75K

Facilities:

  • Planning, directing and overseeing building operations and services.
  • Responsible for managing the repairs and maintenance of the Corporate Offices’ mechanical equipment, as well as all maintenance contracts for vendor services required to maintain a Class “A” Building.
  • Manages vendor lists and communicates regularly with regard to requirements. 
  • Manages Facility Services (Owner/Tenant) with one Porter. 
  • Plans, budgets and schedules facility modifications including estimates on equipment, labor materials and other related costs.
